Delete your account

You can permanently delete your SiteLedger account and its data at any time. This page explains exactly what happens.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open Settings, then the Account section.
  3. Choose “Delete account” and confirm.

Delete by request

If you cannot sign in, email support@getcloudcompanion.app from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We may ask a question to confirm ownership before we act.

What is deleted

  • Your login, profile and company membership.
  • If you are the last owner of a company: its projects, phases, cost entries, variations, site diary entries, photos, labour, plant, waste records and documents.
  • Your active subscription is cancelled.

What is retained

Invoices and payment records are retained for the period required by UK accounting and tax law. Anonymised operational logs may be retained for security purposes.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Deletion requested by email is completed within 30 days. Backups are cycled out shortly afterwards.
